“For optimum health, performance and wellbeing”

As a riding instructor, TTEAM practitioner and McTimoney Therapist Lorna is able to help animals by drawing on a wide spectrum of experience and knowledge. I find that she considers the whole horse, and shows real empathy with the animals and their owners. She’s also warm, friendly and cheerful! My horse Sage is 21 years old and has many melanomas under her tail – she compensates for the occasional discomfort these can cause in her way of going and this creates physical imbalances through her body. McTimoney helps her feel less than half her age. Her neck is more flexible since Lorna has been treating her, her back is stronger, she is more supple through her shoulders and is more active and engaged in her hindquarters. Over the summer I competed in Veteran Horse Showing and with Lorna’s help we qualified for and were then placed 6th at the VHS Affiliated Regional Final. We are total amateurs with absolutely no affiliated showing experience so this was a lifetime achievement! She really benefits from Lorna’s treatments and I firmly believe that her treatments combined with TTEAM keep Sage happy, active, sound and competing.

Quinn is my rescue Border Collie. When he came to us he had some behaviour issues, he was really responsive to reward based training techniques as a teaching method to learn life skills, agility and Flyball, but was still having issues with communicating with other dogs. On regular occasions he would become quite reactive, this led me to the Tellington touch training and then to McTimoney which was the icing on the cake.
Now, as a maintenance program, Lani and Quinn have regular TTouch sessions and McTimoney every 6 months or as required. In my opinion the combination of reward based training, TTouch and McTimoney all helps to keep my active dogs in shape, Physically, mentally and emotionally.

Testimonials

To date Lorna has treated my 9 month old Border Collie, Rae, 3 times. Originally her gait was poor and Lorna found that her pelvis was out of alignment. Since treatment she has been greatly improved and she is now fit enough to go on to train as an agility dog. Rae also has fear of people making her a difficult dog to handle. Lorna has been kind, sympathetic and very patient with her to enable her to have the treatment without becoming too stressed.
